研究方向
本課題組運用基因組學及生物信息學手段研究臨床重要病原菌的致病、耐藥及流行機制。尤其關注遺傳信息的變化(如點突變、水平遷移等)如何影響病原菌的臨床特性,以及這些變化如何響應環境選擇壓并在群體中散播。目前正在進行的工作如下:
1. 傷寒沙門菌的宿主特異性
2. 鮑曼不動桿菌的多重耐藥性
3. 重要病原菌的全基因組分型

1. 探索細菌感染治療的新策略
