1)蛋白Neddylation修飾和Cullin-RING Ligase (CRL)泛素連接酶在腫瘤發生發展中的作用及機制;

2)核糖體蛋白RPS27L在腫瘤發生發展中的作用及機制。


轉化潛能
1)靶向蛋白Neddylation通路的小分子抗癌藥物的研發;

2)靶向CRL泛素連接酶的小分子抗癌藥物的研發。
