1) 非編碼核酸對心臟發育與心臟再生的調控研究。

2) 非編碼核酸在心血管重構中的作用機制研究。

3) 心臟代謝與穩態平衡。

1) 轉基因與基因敲除動物模型,包括遺傳譜系示蹤技術。

2) 小動物心臟病理模型(心肌缺血,心臟肥大等)。

3) 心功能(心臟超聲,電生理)和組織病理技術。

4 RNA治療和基于AAV9心臟特異靶向基因治療。

5) 細胞培養包括心臟細胞原代培養。

6) 分子生物學技術,包括高通量測序,質粒、病毒構建等。
